How did you get started in homebuilding?
With a passion for building, Kyle Steinburg started KTS Development, LLC. A father of two, Kyle saw the value in creating a high-quality construction firm that taught his children the value of hard work, and through continued dedication, his sons could partake in a family business for generations. Kyle has served many roles in the construction industry from laborer to carpenter, to business owner.
What inspires and influences your work?
The uniqueness of KTS lies in the architectural cohesiveness of melding the design elements and construction details with each project. At KTS, we have the ability to envision and build what our clients desire.
What is your team’s approach to a new project?
The KTS team shares a common dedication to quality and we work every single day to ensure all relationships are as strong as they can be, both inside and outside of the office. We recognize the value in collaboration — we are stronger together than any of us would be independently.
